CST is a gentle bodywork modality that removes restrictions throughout the body and releases tension and undue pressure placed on the nervous system. CST comprises a light touch, or compression about the weight of a nickel. This application of light pressure is sufficient in helping to release restrictions, namely to the vital flow and movement of the cerebrospinal fluid.

Salt Room
Salt Room 2-6 People (45 minutes)
Per Person $35Once you enter the Salt Room the lights will dim and you may sit back and relax. You can read, meditate or simply rest. You will find pure relaxation and tranquility away from your everyday stress, leaving you rejuvenated and fully energized. The salt, 99.99% pure grade sodium chloride, is heated and then ground and crushed into very tiny microparticles. The dry aerosol microparticles of salt are dispersed into the Salt Room where they are inhaled and penetrate deep into the lungs. The non-inhaled salt particles fall onto the skin and are absorbed. The Salt Room can also be rented out for private group events.
